The Te Whau Walkway connects Goodall Reserve to Dawson Road in Snells Beach. The trail takes approximately 20 minutes to walk. There is an annual community planting programme in place to re-plant the trail edges.
There is limited parking at Cornel Circle and at the end of Dawson Road.
Grade
The trail is of an easy terrain and with a fine gravel surface. The trail will support walking, cycling and buggy type push chairs. There are two sets of stairs on the trail.
Whats Happening
15 July 2021
Watercare are working on a failed sewer pipe that crosses the trail. They have completed some exploratory work and the location has been re-instated. Please take care on the trail as things settle in.
